PensacolaCoPilot (the "Service") is provided by Well100.Health ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you enter into an agreement with Well100.Health.
By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and, if using the Service on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind it.
PensacolaCoPilot is an AI-powered local information assistant for Pensacola, Florida. It answers questions about events, dining, weather, health resources, family and low-income services, and other local topics using a combination of language models and web sources.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

PensacolaCoPilot uses generative AI. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for how you use outputs and for verifying anything you rely on — especially medical, legal, financial, safety, or emergency information. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice, and it is not a substitute for calling 911 in an emergency.
You retain rights in the prompts you submit and grant us a limited license to process them to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you submit. We may remove content, restrict outputs, or suspend accounts to enforce these Terms.
We retain all rights in the Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and price disclosed at checkout until canceled. See our Refund Policy.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. You may request export or deletion of your data by emailing support@pensacolacopilot.com.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is capped at the fees you paid to Paddle for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in Escambia County, Florida, unless applicable law grants you the right to sue elsewhere.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
